Data Controller
The Data Controller is Giunti Psychometrics srl, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, with registered office in Florence, Via Fra Paolo Sarpi 7/a, email: privacy@giuntipsy.com in its capacity as lead partner of the partnership assigned to the call for proposals (Erasmus+), not for profit, launched and financed by the European Commission (Privacy Policy – Mobility Tool+ | Erasmus+ (europa.eu).

Data Protection Officer.

The Data Controller has appointed as Data Protection Officer (c.d. DPO) the lawyer Victoria Parise domiciled for this role in Florence, Via Fra Paolo Sarpi 7/a.

Purposes, legal basis of the processing and necessity of conferment.
Purpose of processing.
The Holder in order to achieve the objectives of the Virtual Stage project – i.e. publication and access to the following publications, guidelines, and online courses: 1) A State of the art analysis: Digital technologies in VET for opera; 2) The new Virtual Stage method for distance training in the field of opera. Guidelines for singers training; 3) New Virtual Stage method for distance training in the field of opera. Guidelines for instrumentalists and conductors training; 4) Virtual Stage Repository: digital OERs for training in the field of opera; 5) eCourse – Introduction to the Virtual Stage method for the development and delivery of distance training in the field of opera :
a) is interested in collecting statistical information for the analysis of the objectives and effectiveness of the project itself. This purpose is achieved by proposing to the user to participate in surveys which are completely optional and can be made anonymous.
b) It has an interest in sending users newsletters relating to the contents of the project subject to specific consent.

Legal basis and necessity of conferment

The legal basis of the processing for all the purposes indicated is that provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR, namely the consent of the data subject.
The provision of data is necessary for:
(a) Participation in the survey, the data indicated with (*) asterisk are indispensable for the correct aggregate processing of the results (anonymous). The survey allows the project partners to better design the publications that will be produced within the project itself and to verify the effectiveness of the project according to the criteria of the European Commission’s Erasmus+ call. Please note that if you enter your name and surname (optional) in the survey access form, the survey answers will be nominative in order to involve those who wish to do so in any in-depth analysis of the contents of the project.
b) Send, upon consent, newsletters to update and inform about the activities related to the “Virtual Stage” project.

Cookies and navigation on the site pages
With reference to the data collected through navigation on the site, the interested parties are informed that the Owner may process personal data also during navigation and, if necessary, through the use of cookies (see relative informative note). The use of technical cookies is necessary to proceed with correct navigation and without them it may not be possible to use its contents (e.g. it may not be possible to view the page from a mobile phone, specific browser, etc.), only technical cookies are used on this site.
If the Owner decides to introduce non-technical and profiling cookies, the user will be asked for his or her informed consent by means of a banner and the provision of data for further purposes will be entirely optional.

Processing methods.
Personal data are processed by the Data Controller mainly in electronic format. Personal data as well as any other information that can be associated, directly or indirectly, with a data subject are collected and processed by applying technical and organisational security measures such as to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art and implementation costs.
The data collected are those that are strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes indicated in compliance with the principles set out in EU Reg. 2016/679 and national privacy legislation.

Period of storage
In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the data collected will be processed in a form that allows the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed and in accordance with the requirements of the European Commission for the project. Consequently – unless consent is withdrawn – the data of the interested parties will be processed for 24 months (duration of the project, except for extensions as previously mentioned) from the date of registration and stored for the following 5 years to allow the monitoring and verification of the project objectives by the competent bodies, then deleted.

Rights of the data subject
The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of whether or not processing is taking place, rectification of inaccurate personal data, erasure, restriction of processing. These rights, together with those of portability and opposition to processing, may be exercised under the conditions provided for in Articles 15-22 of the European Regulation 2016/679.

In particular, the following rights are granted to the data subject: articles 15 – “Right of access of the data subject”, 16 – “Right to rectification”, 17 – “Right to erasure”, 18 – “Right to restriction of processing”, 20 – “Right to data portability”, 21 – “Right to object” GDPR within the limits and under the conditions provided by art. 12 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint ex art 77 GDPR. For the processing of personal data for which the legal basis is consent, this may be revoked. It is always possible for the data subject to lodge a complaint with the Authority.
